Sandbag bug and an item request

Hi master,

Like the idea of sandbag filling, but I cant seem to craft it... I have a shovel in backpack, even got a 2nd as my 3rd weapon but I get a "shovel not equipped message"

Also, any chance adding a flare gun and metal wire fence to traders.

New shovel from traders work, old ones and ones looted doesn't seem to work....
